Texts
A good, and to the point description of your property. And, we need original content, not a copy and paste from an existing webpage. We refuse texts already present on the web. If needed we can rewrite texts for you. It needs to be original in order to create efficient internet listings. Texts need to be at least around 200 words.
Quality Pictures
Depending on what site your property is listed, we may need high resolution, quality pictures. There are plenty of highly skilled photographers in Bali, please use one of them. Low resolution pictures with bad lighting are not accepted. If needed we can direct you to a photographer, and in most cases we can take pictures as well.

And of course, a working email address
Best is NOT to use any of the free for all email providers, such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo mail, allthough very handy, it doesn't look very serious. You could be anyone. We can supply you a "serious" spam free email address, accesible by Web, IMAP or POP or handphone.
